• LIS and analyzer inventory details, throughput estimates, and go-live timing
• Free-text message content
• Files you attach (e.g. interface specifications or sample messages)

We use contact submissions to:

• Respond to demo, partnership, or technical inquiries
• Route your request to the appropriate sales or engineering contact

Email delivery

Form submissions are transmitted to our team via a transactional email provider (e.g. Resend) configured by KW Informatics Limited. Message content is not sold to third parties.

This MVP site does not enable third-party analytics by default. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated and cookie consent provided where required by law.

Data retention

Inquiry emails are retained according to KW Informatics Limited business records policy. You may request deletion of your inquiry by contacting us.

Clinical product data

This website does not process patient health information. TransLABtor software deployed at customer sites is governed by separate agreements and hospital policies.
